Clarity, Connection & the Right Care at the Right Time

Entryway offers individualized psychiatric care led by Noah Hendler, a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Noah provides both therapy and prescribing, and adapts his role to meet each person’s needs. This may include ongoing care, a one-time diagnostic evaluation, or consultation to support an outside therapist or treatment team.

For more complex cases, Noah coordinates a collaborative evaluation process that may involve input from trusted consulting specialists, including a board-certified psychiatrist with expertise in adult, child, and adolescent care.

πŸ“Entryway is committed to helping individuals and families get clear answers, make informed decisions, and connect with care that fits.

Services & Pricing

πŸ’‘ All pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees.

Every individual begins with a brief triage to determine the most appropriate path. Based on clinical presentation, care is delivered in one of two ways:

COMPREHENSIVE TEAM-BASED EVALUATIONS

πŸ“ For more complex needs, Entryway offers a structured, team-based psychiatric assessment that includes collaboration with a consulting psychiatrist.

This is not an ongoing treatment service. It is a time-limited outpatient evaluation designed to clarify diagnoses, integrate multiple perspectives, and deliver a coordinated clinical summary and treatment plan. This model offers a more accessible and cost-effective way to receive a comprehensive, multi-provider assessment outside of a hospital or residential setting.

 FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

πŸ“
For less complex needs, Entryway provides expert psychiatric care through focused one-on-one sessions.

This may include evaluation, therapy, prescribing, or consultation, depending on what is most appropriate. These sessions are ideal for individuals who do not require a full team-based assessment and are looking for direct, structured care with flexibility to adjust over time.

What Makes Entryway Unique?ο»Ώ

A Structured Diagnostic Model That Starts with One Clear Entry Point

ο»ΏToo often, mental health care is fragmented. One provider evaluates, another prescribes, and families are left trying to connect the dots on their own. Entryway offers a different model. Every case begins with structured triage and evaluation from a dual-certified clinician. When indicated, a board-certified psychiatrist is brought in as a consulting specialist to support diagnostic clarity and planning. This model ensures a more thoughtful, coordinated entry to care—even when treatment continues elsewhere.

πŸ“ We don’t start with scattered care. We start with a structured plan.

Comprehensive, Data-Driven Evaluations

At Entryway, we take a multi-source, data-informed approach to psychiatric evaluation—integrating clinical interviews, family input, psychometrics, and collateral history. This helps clarify diagnosis, guide treatment decisions, and support the right next steps.

βœ” Multi-Source Input: Insights from families, past providers, and standardized tools

βœ” Structured, Evidence-Based Methodology – Our approach includes custom assessment measures designed to quickly identify key concerns and risk factors, ensuring treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs.

πŸ“ By combining data, clinical expertise, and real-world context, we provide evaluations that go beyond surface-level assessments—leading to more precise diagnoses and better treatment outcomes.

Right-Sized Recommendations Without Over-Treatment

We don’t just offer evaluations—we help individuals and families understand what care is needed, when, and why. For some, that means beginning treatment here. For others, we provide a diagnostic roadmap to support treatment elsewhere. We believe in clarity over complexity, and in guiding—not overselling—care decisions.

πŸ“ Our goal is to offer the right level of support at the right time, not to keep every case in-house.

Transparent Pricing & Bundled Savings

Mental health care is often financially unpredictable. At Entryway, we offer flat-rate evaluation packages for individuals who need more comprehensive review, as well as transparent hourly pricing for individual sessions. Bundled assessment saves cost while ensuring diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.

πŸ“ No hidden fees. Just expert-led care with transparency and value in mind.

Our Approach

Mental health care should be organized, intentional, and tailored to each individual. At Entryway, we follow a six-step process that ensures patients receive the right level of care.

Click through our six step process

Welcome & Triage

Before scheduling, we take time to make sure Entryway is the right starting point. Every individual begins with a brief clinical triage to understand their current concerns and determine the most appropriate care path.

Based on that review, we may recommend:

βœ” Focused one-on-one care – for those who may benefit from direct psychiatric sessions, which can include therapy, prescribing, or short-term consultation.

βœ” A comprehensive, team-based psychiatric evaluation – for individuals and families with more layered concerns, unclear diagnoses, or co-occurring issues that require broader diagnostic input.

βœ” Referral to another provider or setting – when a different level or type of care is better suited to meet the person’s needs.

πŸ“ This step ensures that each person receives the type of care or evaluation that fits—nothing more, nothing less.

Understanding Your History

We begin by gathering the background information needed to provide thoughtful, informed care. This includes clinical history, current symptoms, past treatment, and other relevant context.

βœ” For comprehensive evaluations – we use a multi-source approach, integrating family input, school or provider records, structured questionnaires, and collateral history.

βœ” For focused care – we review key clinical history and treatment response to support targeted care planning and early progress.

πŸ“ Some individuals move directly to consultation. Others benefit from brief additional information gathering before their first session.

Initial Consultation & Assessment

Your first session is designed to explore symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals so we can provide the best care possible.

βœ” For comprehensive team-based evaluations – A structured, in-depth psychiatric assessment conducted by both our psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse practitioner, integrating clinical discussions, history, and relevant input from multiple sources.

βœ” For individual focused psychiatric sessions – A specialized consultation led by a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), a clinician with advanced training in both psychiatric care and primary care. This session focuses on understanding current challenges, refining care plans, and establishing a structured approach to treatment, including medication management when appropriate.

πŸ“ Every patient receives a thorough, expert-led assessment that ensures the right path forward.

Diagnostic Summary & Care Recommendations

Following the initial assessment, we clarify findings and recommend a plan based on clinical need and care goals.

βœ” Comprehensive evaluations include a written summary and coordinated treatment plan, including therapy recommendations, medication guidance (if indicated), and next-step referrals.

βœ” Focused care includes an individualized care plan, which may involve therapy, medication management, or brief consultation support for an outside provider.

πŸ“ Our goal is to provide clarity and direction—not just a diagnosis.

Continuing Care or Referral

βœ” Some individuals continue care through structured psychiatric sessions, which may include therapy, prescribing, and progress monitoring.

βœ” Others complete their diagnostic evaluation and transition to outside providers with a clear roadmap in hand.

πŸ“ Entryway is designed to meet people where they are—whether that means continued treatment here or moving forward with new support.

Ongoing Support & Follow-Up (As Needed)

βœ” For individuals continuing with Entryway, follow-up sessions include treatment tracking, care adjustments, and clinical check-ins.

βœ” For those receiving care elsewhere, we remain available for consultation, second opinion, or coordination support if clinically appropriate.

πŸ“ Whether care continues with us or transitions elsewhere, our focus is always on clarity, direction, and patient-centered progress.

FAQ

  • How do I know if I need a full psychiatric evaluation or something else?

You don’t need to figure that out on your own. Everyone starts by completing our secure intake assessment after submitting the contact form. That helps us understand your current concerns, clinical history, and care goals.

Based on your responses, we’ll recommend one of the following:

     • A comprehensive diagnostic evaluation if your situation involves multiple symptoms, unclear diagnosis, past treatment that hasn’t helped, or concerns that span medical, developmental, or behavioral areas.

     • Focused psychiatric care if your needs are more defined and can be addressed through structured sessions without the need for team-based assessment.

     • A referral if a different provider or setting would be a better fit.

πŸ“ The intake process is designed to help us match you with the right level of care—not to place you into a one-size-fits-all model.

  • What happens after a comprehensive evaluation?

You’ll receive a written diagnostic summary and coordinated recommendations for next steps. Some people continue care here. Others take their evaluation results to a therapist, primary care doctor, or another provider.

If a consulting psychiatrist is involved, their input will be included in the final summary. The goal is always clarity and direction—even if treatment happens elsewhere.

  • Why doesn’t Entryway accept insurance?

Entryway is a private-pay practice. This allows us to provide structured, personalized psychiatric care without the restrictions of insurance-based models. Operating outside of insurance enables us to:

βœ” Offer Comprehensive, Team-Based Care at Transparent Rates

Insurance rarely covers multi-provider psychiatric evaluations or integrated diagnostic planning. Our bundled model makes team-based assessment more accessible and affordable by including psychiatrist consultation, diagnostic review, and care planning in one flat fee.

βœ” Avoid Time Limits and Scope Restrictions

Insurance often dictates how long sessions can be and what they can include. We design each evaluation and follow-up based on what is clinically appropriate—not what’s billable.

βœ” Bundle Services for Value and Clarity

Rather than charging separately for every session or provider, we offer bundled packages that include intake, diagnostic analysis, planning, and follow-up. This simplifies care and lowers total cost compared to traditional per-session models.

    βœ” Support Individualized, Long-Term Planning

Our approach is guided by what each person needs—not what their plan will reimburse. This allows for thoughtful, coordinated care and stronger continuity.

    βœ” Reduce Administrative Delays

We do not require prior authorization or network approvals, which means faster access to appointments and a direct line between you and your provider.

    βœ” Enable Reimbursement Through Superbills

We provide detailed superbills that patients can submit to their insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

πŸ“ This model allows Entryway to deliver high-quality psychiatric care that is comprehensive, efficient, and tailored—without compromise or delay.

  • How do I get started and schedule?

Start by booking an evaluation. We’ll follow up with a secure link to complete a short intake assessment. This helps us understand your current concerns and determine whether a comprehensive evaluation, focused psychiatric care, or referral is the best next step.

Once we review your responses, we’ll reach out with guidance and scheduling options. No appointments are made until this triage process is complete.

  • Are virtual appointments available?

Yes. Telehealth is available for evaluations, consultations, and follow-ups, particularly for ongoing psychiatric care. We aim to be flexible and recognize that virtual care can support access and continuity—especially for lower-acuity or well-defined concerns.

That said, we value the connection that comes with meeting in person and sometimes require it based on clinical need. For higher-acuity cases or more complex presentations, we may recommend or require in-person sessions as part of the evaluation process.

πŸ“ Comprehensive, team-based assessments always include at least one in-person appointment to support diagnostic accuracy and whole-person understanding.

  • How soon can I get an appointment?

We typically review intake assessments within 3–5 business days. Most initial appointments are available within 1–2 weeks, depending on fit and availability.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed or late-canceled sessions are billed at the full session rate. This policy helps us protect access for others and maintain continuity of care.

  • What if my needs are more complex or urgent?

Entryway provides structured psychiatric care, but we recognize that some individuals may need more intensive or specialized services beyond our scope. In those cases, we offer guidance and referral support to ensure you receive appropriate care.
